Balance and shipping must be paid by the time the puppy is sold. Deposits are non-refundable.
If balance is not paid in full, prior to shipping, client shall forfiet all monies and any claim to the
puppy.
OUR WARRANTY:
We guarantee our puppies to be in good health to the best of our knowledge. All puppies will
have a vet exam prior to delivery to their new home to insure they are free of any defects or
illness. All shots are up to date and puppies will be free from obvious defects at the time of
delivery. Should a defect or a problem be found during this pre-trip exam, you will be notified
immediately and your payment will be refunded in full. We strive to provide a wonderful
companion that is healthy and will be the perfect addition to your family and home.
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is mandatory that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours of
delivery . We must be informed immediately of the examination's result's by e-mail or telephone.
No charges will be reimbursed unless we are notified and we approve prior to treatment. Failure
to complete this crucial step will terminate the health guarantee on your puppy. This guarantee
will then be null and void. Be sure to provide your puppy with routine preventive care, such as
but not limited to: An annual physical examination by a licensed vet & by following the
vet's guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings. Buyer
agrees the warranty is governed by the state of Arkansas and its terms and provisions shall be
construed and applied in accordance with the laws of Arkansas. No other state laws shall govern
or are considered in the agreement of the sale. Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of
or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in Fulton County in Arkansas. Seller is entitled to
attorney fees arising out of any letigation involved with contract. By payment you have accepted
ownership to this puppy that you have picked out and have become the legal owner of said
puppy. Buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth.
OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Your puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital
diseases which adversely affect the health of the puppy. This includes severe hip dysplasia,
which hampers a dog's movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct; kidney,
heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the
dog dies within this one year time frame, you must pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason
of dealth. If the reason is congental, we will replace the puppy. All items covered under this
guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds. A puppy showing any serious
genetic or congenital defect will be replacement only. We do not give refunds.
The dog must show the defect by one
year of age. We must be notified of the problem within two(2) business days of the licensed
veterinarian's determination and have one(1)report from an unassociated veterinarian stating
the same problem. We will then provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value if our vet
agrees with your vets results. A
puppy with a defect must be returned to us in good condition, other than the specified problem
or euthanized with our permission at your expense to qualify for a replacement puppy. The
replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable
quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents as
the original puppy. No refund, in part or in full, will be given.
This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is
nontransferable to a second party. We will not be held responsible for any medical expenses
incurred. You, as the buyer, are fully aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian
and understand that you will be responsible for all payments. As of
the date of delivery, your puppy has received proper vaccinations and has been dewormed on a
strict schedule. You have been informed of the puppy's vaccination and deworming schedule
and are aware of future vaccinations and dewormings that will be due.
This guarantee does not cover Coccidia, Giardia,
and Kennel Cough, which are common in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by
bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and, like the common cold , must run its course. Full
recovery is expected and Kennel Cough, on its own, is not life threatening. There are certain
disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as but not limited to: allergies,
thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, cancer, tumors, growths, scabies, mite related illness,
viral infections and other autoimmune disorders which are not covered by this guarantee. Any
physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
There is no guarantee that you will be able to show or breed your puppy regardless of show or
breeding potential. We like all other breeders can not guarantee the size of the puppy at
adulthood. There will be a certain amount of stress on the puppy when it
leaves our environment. This warranty does not cover against stress induced problems such as
Hypoglycemia(low blood sugar which is especially problematic in smaller breeds). Hypoglycemia
is not hereditary or congenital and is NOT covered.
Upper respiratory, skin, teeth, testicles, hernia repair, allergies, temperament, all treatable
conditions are not covered and anything not mentioned is NOT covered.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your puppy will be shipped at eight (8) weeks of age or
older. The airlines will not ship a puppy that is less than eight (8) weeks old. *Shipping is
provided as a "service" Not as a condition of sale.* Any delays by the airlines due to weather,
canceled flights, etc. are not terms for a refund of this purchase. Seller will make every effort to
provide shipping as soon as our & your airline permits. If purchasing for a gift, it is suggested
that you choose the closest airline that our airlines ship puppies to.
This warranty will be terminated unless signed by the Buyer & the Seller.
